New U.S. EMS product catalog available now

Ferno’s new U.S. EMS product catalog is here! If you requested a catalog in the past few months, it will be mailed to you by the end of October. If you would like to request a new catalog, just go to the Ferno catalog request page.


Awards and achievements


Florida: Chief James Schaffner has been selected as Division Chief in Training for Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. Chief Schaffner is a 29-year veteran of the Fire Service.


Ohio: Ferno co-founder Elroy “El” Bourgraf was inducted into the Greater Cincinnati Business Hall of Fame on Oct. 10, 2013. The hall of fame is sponsored by the Cincinnati Museum Center and Junior Achievement. Bourgraf was one of six honorees.

Texas: MedStar Mobile Healthcare of Fort Worth was awarded the Paid Emergency Medical Services Provider of the Year by the National Association of EMTs and EMS World Magazine. Read more about the award


Community involvement


Florida: Broward Sheriff Fire Rescue joined with other public safety agencies to educate the public about the dangers of leaving children alone in hot cars this past July. The agency used creative demos and social media to raise awareness of the issue on Heatstroke Prevention Day.
